Patrick has been a brand ambassador of J. Gilbert’s and its sister concepts for more than 40 years. During this time, he's traveled to from one end of the country to the other, elevating the standards at every location that's lucky enough to have him, including St. Louis, Kansas City, Chicago, Milwaukee and currently as Managing Partner at J. Gilbert's in McLean, VA. He's worked in every facet of the restaurant, including years of leadership as the Executive Chef. This experience gives Patrick a step above the rest in his ability to connect and positively impact both his team members and his guests. Originally from Massachusetts, Marc cut his culinary teeth at an early age working in an eclectic array of New England Inns and Restaurants. To supplement his work with New England flavors and techniques, and to help build his culinary palate, he has mentored under Chef/Owners from around the world and cuisines – such as Dutch, Indonesian, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, South African and Mediterranean. Marc relocated to Virginia in 1996 and has worked at many D.C. area restaurants as Executive Chef. He joined J.Gilbert’s in 2016 as Executive Chef and is excited to bring his passion for food to the local community.
